I’ve never met someone who loves what they do as much as Danielle Paige. She is talented and knowledgable in her field of Astrology, but it is her passion that impresses me. She’s a Healer and a Spiritual Life Coach who works with both men and women to help guide them on their journey. What makes her unique is her ability to integrate her logic with her intuition. While she does this heady spiritual work now, she didn’t start off this way. As you’ll hear in the episode she has a masters in interior design and architecture and had a successful career doing that until she decided to follow her passion doing what she loves, working with astrology, her true purpose. I knew basically nothing about astrology other than that I was a Taurus prior to meeting her but her knowledge and ability to explain the

    25/11/2014 Duración: 01h23min

I'm so excited to share this week's episode with you guys. My friend and mentor Natalie MacNeil is here to discuss business and her journey to becoming an entrepreneur and taking on the world. Natalie and I recently met in person when I went to visit her in Canada a few weeks ago. She was just as awesome in person as she appears to be online. You will love all the wisdom she shares in the week's episode and for sure will want to check out her free Conquer Club interview series that includes some past WWRadio guests including Latham Thomas. We talk about business and the fears that come with having your own business as well as meditation and mindfulness. Natalie shares techniques for finding your dream mentor and how she structures her day in a positive way including of course her morning and evening routines.

  • 059 | Christy Harrison (part 2)

    04/11/2014 Duración: 01h27min

So it is a two for the price of one podcast. I am confidant you'll love this episode and listening to Christy and I get so real with food and our tumultuous relationships with it. Christy's podcast is so rad because it shows how connected we all are to food regardless of our history with it. She talks to everyone from comedians, to actors, to chefs about their relationship to food and weird food habits. It has showed me that I'm not alone when it comes to my weirdness around food and that most people have at least some funky food tendencies. What's coolest about Christy is that she's got her had in everything when it comes to food. She is not only a huge foodie with a background as a food journalist, she is also a an expert on the health and nutrition side of things as well since she is a registered dietitian and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders. I think she is delightful and I'm so thrilled to share this two part special episode with you today. Jump back to listen to us on part-one on Food Psyc

  • 058 | NANCY LEVIN

    21/10/2014 Duración: 01h23min

Over a year ago I went to a workshop produced by Hay House in NYC that changed my life forever. Not only because I ended up winning a publishing deal with my dream publisher but because I met today’s guest author, speaker, coach, and all around awesome lady Nancy Levin. I’ll come out and say it that this is my favorite episode thus far of WWRadio. I am so proud of this interview and podcast. I really listened to her answers to my questions, was fully present and soaked up fully the wisdom she had to offer. Nancy shares her story including some new things she has never previously discussed publicly about her divorce and life. She is so open, authentic, real, and wise and I know you will love her honesty and inspiration. She wrote an amazing book Jump and You Life Will Appear that is perfect for any transition you may be going through, anything from leaving a relationship, to leaving a job, to moving; it is the perfect companion to any major leap of faith. She guides you through step-by-step, holding your hand

  • 057 | ISABEL FOXEN DUKE BONUS + Me!

    08/10/2014 Duración: 53min

Today's episode I bring her back in the second half of the episode for bonus content, but the first half is just me. Hope that's cool? It's just us hanging out on the show with me telling my own story when it comes to food and weight. I share my own raw insights on my relationship with food and body image. The I share some additional content with Isabel Foxen Duke the emotional freedom from food extraordinaire and coach, Isabel stopped by Wonderland on episode 009 and episode 055 to shed light on real techniques on how to release toxic relationships to food and tell her personal food journey that led her to the work she does with women today.

  • 056 | ISABEL FOXEN DUKE (SEASON PREMIERE)

    24/09/2014 Duración: 01h02min

Who better to kick off season 3 of WWRadio than today's radically authentic guest. She brings out my own raw insights on our relationship with food and body image. Isabel Foxen Duke is only our second repeat guest and an emotional freedom from food extraordinaire and coach, Isabel stopped by Wonderland on episode 009 to shed light on real techniques on how to release toxic relationships to food and tell her personal food journey that led her to the work she does with women today. Most of us have become lint rollers picking up some pretty nasty thought patterns around food, whether we realize it or not. I challenge you to own it first and then listen to today's episode with an open mind about changing that. We discuss this in our first Podcast together but the first step to freedom from emotional attachment to food and becoming what Ellyn Satter calls a 'normal eater' is to get honest about where you are. In this conversation we'll help you figure out exactly where that is. Listen to the whole thing, it's rea
