II Samuel Chapter 11 and 12 We find the story of David and Bath–sheba, the wife of Uriah the Hittite, and all that happens as David sins a great sin and must be confronted by Nathan the prophet, who risked his life to tell the king that he had sinned. Nathan tells David, "Thou Art the Man!" knowing that the king was surrounded by men with swords who could kill him on a whim. What a brave man was this Nathan the Prophet.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. From my youth there were German songs from the Lutherans and other songs that I enjoyed playing on my harmonicas, the only instrument I got "good" at. Sweet Hour of Prayer, A Mighty Fortress is Our God, German Carol and Shenandoah,  I hope you enjoy them.

Playing a DM48X Electronic Harmonica with SynthOne (I-pad) set in "St John's Cathedral" Reminds me of my early years in St Matthew Lutheran Church (LCR) in Detroit Michigan where I learned to sing at first. You wouldn't know this was an Harmonica unless told.

The DM48X does not sound like a harmonica, but takes the place of a MIDI keyboard and allows the player sound like an orchestra or a pipe organ. This is my first effort to use this new instrument in my ministry. I hope it blesses you as it has blessed me. It brings back memories of my childhood and big church organs that bid you think on things above and not on the Earth.

A song from my days as a choir boy still thrill my soul at 75. Isaiah 53 and the works of George Frideric Handel's Messiah. I sang much of his work in my teens at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Detroit MI. Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. "With his stripes we are healed" is not in the chorus as written, but are a separate chorus in Handel's work. I added it to complete the scripture's message of a suffering Priest and Sacrifice, the Lord, Jesus.

The woman was surprised that Jesus had even spoke to her, but she already knew that the Messiah was on the way. How did she and the people of that town find out about the Messiah and of Christ if they had no dealings with the Jews? Jesus speaks of Other Men's Labors, one sows, another reaps.
