Stanford head coach Jeremy Gunn, fresh of a second-straight national championship, stops by the show to look back at the 2016 season. Gunn talks about some of the challenges and key results of the season, and then gets into talking about the tournament and some of the less obvious keys to winning a national championship. 

CSN's Adam Zundell goes through each of the four quarterfinal matches in his unique style to provide the keys to victory for every team left in the field.

After a second-straight unbeaten regular season, Denver and head coach Jamie Franks is back in the NCAA Tournament and now finds itself in the quarterfinals this week against Clemson. Coach Franks reflects back on last year's unbeaten regular season and disappointing NCAA Tournament, and spins it forward to this year's team that has nine starters back. 

Providence head coach Craig Stewart had the best seat in the house for the team's 5-4 win against top-ranked and undefeated Maryland in College Park. Coach Stewart talks about how the team re-grouped from a 4-1 deficit and kept pushing forward for the win, and also previews the team's upcoming matchup against BIG EAST rival Creighton.

The University of Maryland's Alex Crognale is this week's guest. Crognale talks about his recruitment to the Terps, what sets the program above some of the rest and the team's remarkable 15-0-2 regular season. Crognale also talks about the upcoming Big 10 Tournament and the NCAA Tournament.

This week's guest on the CollegeSoccerNews.com podcast is Loyola Chicago head coach Neil Jones. Coach Jones has guided the Ramblers to a 12-1-1 record this season, despite the fact that he lost three starters from last year's smothering back line and his keeper, as well. Coach Jones talks about how balanced his team is this year, and also gives insight into how the varied styles of the coaches he's worked for has helped him find his own way as a coach.

Florida Gulf Coast head coach Bob Butehorn joins the show this week to talk about his team's strong start, streaks, the building of the program and the keys to success the rest of the way.

This week's guest is West Virginia head coach Marlon LeBlanc talks about his team's hot start that includes shutouts in seven-straight games. Coach LeBlanc talks about how his schedule has prepared him to see different styles, the play of midfielder Joey Piatczyc this season, the rise of the MAC and the keys to the success for the Mountaineers during the second portion of the season.   

Virginia Tech head coach Mike Brizendine joins the show to talk about the 4-0 start for the Hokies. Strong starts aren't new for Virginia Tech, so Coach Brizendine talks about what is different about this year's team that will help it navigate a tough ACC schedule. He also previews Friday night's game against top-ranked Notre Dame.

Indiana midfielder Tanner Thompson joins the show this week to talk about Indiana's impressive start to the season. Thompson, a member of the CSN Team of the Week, converted a penalty in the final minute in a 1-0 win over New Mexico and then added a goal and assist in a victory over UC Irvine. Thompson talks about the games over the weekend and what it says about the Hoosiers going forward. 

Utah Valley head coach Greg Maas joins the program this week to talk about the quick ascension of his program in the college soccer ranks. Coach Maas talks about the growth of soccer in the area and the proactive first steps the athletic department took to help build a strong fan base in the first two year. He also talks about his involvement in growing the game at the youth level prior to taking the job at Utah Valley, and finishes the interview by previewing the upcoming season for the Wolverines.

New Zealand native Francis de Vries, one of the top defenders in the country, joins the show this week. In the episode, de Vries talks about his route to play in the United States, his ability to play and adapt at multiple levels over his soccer career and his inclusion on the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List. He also talks about the disappointing season and the one thing that could make a huge difference for the Red Storm this year.

Monmouth midfielder Anderson Asiedu talks about him coming to the United States to continue his education and his soccer career. He discusses coming to the US at the age of 17 where he quickly became recognized as one of the top players and recruits in the country. Aside tells why he picked Monmouth over several high-profile soccer suitors and talks about what it means to be one of just two sophomores on the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List.

In today's episode, Zundell sits down to talk with one of the top players in the country in South Carolina midfielder Danny Deakin. Deakin talks about his journey from England to Mercyhurst (NCAA Division II) to South Carolina where he is preparing for his final season. He talks about the various levels of play he's encountered, last year's NCAA Tournament experiences and what to expect from himself and the Gamecocks in a tough Conference USA in 2016. 

Johnny Torres, one of CSN's Assistant Coaches of the Year, talks all things Creighton from being a player to his 10 seasons as an assistant for the Blue Jays. Coach Torres talks about what he learned from the three different head coaches during his time, and what he likes about the Blue Jays style right now.  Coach Torres talks about the sudden ending to last year, and how the team will change and look here in 2016. 

In preparation for the 2016 college soccer season, Zundell talks to Charlotte 49er midfielder Brandt Bronico. One of the top midfielders in the country, Bronico talks about his PDL season so far and how he simply likes to condition his body for more work and more soccer. He also talks about the 49ers season last year, looks ahead to what it will take for a deeper run in the NCAA Tournament this year, and even weighs in on Team USA in the Copa America.

Coach Embick talks about Akron's run to the College Cup, including a hard-fought 3-2 win over Creighton in the quarterfinals. Embick also talks about the depth on offense for the team and the keys to victory for the Zips on Friday night against Stanford. 

Clemson head coach Mike Noonan talks about the Tigers run to the College Cup that included an exciting win in penalties over Maryland. Coach Noonan also talks about his approach to the Final Four and about the challenges that Syracuse presents. 

Seattle head coach Pete Fewing talks about his team's big Round of 32 win over UCLA, and also highlights several of his key players. Coach Fewing also previews the matchup against Syracuse and compares what it's like to try and pursue a Division I national championship compared to those that he won in Division II and NAIA.

Denver head coach Jamie Franks talks about his first season as head coach of the Pioneers, including the team's top 10 ranking. He also talks about his coaching influences and about his team's leadership and attitude towards the NCAA Tournament.
