This week Pastor Trip teaches the importance of responding to circumstances and trials in a Godly way. As Christians, we know we will face difficulties of various kinds that we have very little control over. The one thing, we can control is how we respond to those difficulties and we can pray for God to help us respond in a biblical way. 

Follow along this week as Pastor Trip discusses transitions in life. Of course, there are the transitions we prepare for like getting married, going to college, or starting a new job. This week we finish out the "Pursuing The Way" series. And we end by focusing on our mission as Christians - making disciples. Pastor Trips lays out practical ideas to help in the pursuit of making disciples.

This week we continue our series "Pursuing The Way" with Pastor Trip preaching on obedience. A lot of times Christians can struggle with the idea of obedience. We think that obedience is a requirement of salvation. When in reality obedience is a reflection of our faith in God. Follow along as Pastor Trip dives deeper into this idea.

This week we start a new series titled "Pursuing The Way" and we have Pastor Leroy leading us off in week one. His message centers around Luke 9:23 and Jesus message to all of us who to desire to follow him. Jesus has given us the way we are to follow him and it's up to us to pursue it. Follow along as Pastor Leroy reveals how we are to deny ourselves and take up our cross daily. 

This week, Pastor Leroy discusses his recent trip to Brazil to help build a church with one of our ministry partners. Missions work is how we live out being the hands and feet of Jesus. Not everyone can travel to a different country. But the Bible reminds us there work is to be done right within our local church. We pray this message will encourage you to get involved this summer within the local church.

Happy Memorial Day to you and your family! We hope and pray you are able to spend this day remembering what others have done for us to live in freedom and worship our God freely. In this sermon we hear from Pastor Trip and we dig into our tendency as fallen humans to compare ourselves to others. When, actually we should be looking to Jesus and asking ourselves how we can become more like him.

In week 4 of our series House Of Cards, we hear from Pastor Trip about another characteristic of the Christian faith. We look at the idea of righteousness and that the world is looking at us as Christians and the way we carry ourselves. One of the things we always miss as Christians is that righteousness is always relational. Our righteousness comes from our relationship with Jesus and doesn't stem from our own right works or what we might think makes us righteous. 

As Christians, we believe that the Bible is God's divine word and has all authority over our lives. We believe that it is inerrant and God-breathed. At least, we say we believe those things about the Bible. But, do we actually live our lives like those things are true? Do we live under the authority of scripture? In today's message, Pastor Leroy challenges you to think about such things. We pray this message reminds you of the authority and power of God's word.

This week we continue our series House of Cards. This week Pastor Trip is discussing the topic of Unity as it concerns the church. We all see the division around us whether in culture, education, entertainment, or even churches. Now more than ever, it's essential that Christians be united on the foundations of our faith. We pray this message encourages you in your walk with God and strengthens your faith.

This is week 3 of our annual "I Believe" series. This week we continue to look at the book of Romans and we also take a look at the book of Colossians. Essentially the title of the message gives away the main point. We are a work in progress to look more and more like Jesus, also know as sanctification. Each day we are being transformed into the image of Jesus Christ. It happens by surrending ourselves and our will to the Father and allowing him to transform us to be more like his son. We hope and pray that this message gives you a better understaind of the Christian faith. 

This week we continue our annual "I Believe" series. We are still in the book of Romans and Pastor Trip is helping us understand what Grace actually accomplishes. We are redeemed and sin no longer has control over us. We are still sinners in a fallen world and we will be until Christ returns. But, while on earth we can have victory over sin if we choose Christ daily and submit ourselves to Him. We hope and pray that this message strengthens your relationship with Christ. 

This week we kick off a new series titled "I Believe". This is an annual series at Ridge in which we study our core beliefs as followers of Christ. In this fallen world, it is essential that we know exactly what we stand for and why we stand for it. We pray that this message encourages you and strengthens your faith in Christ. 

In week 3, Pastor Leroy lays out some practical ways we can build our faith as Christians. We pray that this message would encourage you and give you steps to growing in your relationship with God.

In week two of our Accept or Decline series Pastor Leroy continues to look at the story of Elisha and Elijah in the book of 2 Kings. Follow along as we see an example of a Biblical figure laying down their life in order to serve in God's Kingdom. We hope that this message gives you a better understanding of God's will for your life.

This past weekend we kicked off a brand new series, "Accept or Decline?" This series will center on our calling as Christians. More specifically, who are we called to be as Christians? Follow along with Pastor Leroy as he introduces what he'll teach for the next couple of weeks. We hope and pray this series will provide you with clarity and a greater understanding of the God we serve. 

This week we wrap up our Soundtracks series and we are ending in the book of James. Follow along with us as we read from the book of James on how we are to be doers of the word and not simply listeners. It is no good to hear the word of God and not apply it to our lives. We pray that this message would encourage you to apply the principles of the Bible to your life. We hope that you consider getting involved with Ridge Church through volunteering or joining a small group!

This week we are continuing our Soundtracks series. And we are in the book of Philippians again this week looking at what Paul wrote to the church when he was in prison. Follow along with us as Pastor Trip discusses how we can reframe our circumstances and view life the way God intended us to.  We are so thankful for all God is doing in and through Ridge Church right now.
