Friday the 5th of May saw us going B2B2B a few hours over at Peoples Club on Sydney's Oxford St. Great times, Smooth Vibes, Sit down and have a drink. Lovely.

This week we got Swerve legend Alice D joined by the Sydney legend mr front and centre himself Bayan. Good times, thick bass and vibes are abundant. Good times all 'round. Big up!

What a treat?! Following up from the legend that is WHIPR SNIPR we rollin' through STRONG once more with the one like MOONBASE. Get this in your earholes nice n quick! Fresh back on our humble shores from a trip around the states and Europe playign places like XOYO(Dream!), Melkweg and SXSW ya boy been making serious noise on the international. He joins us this week for a somewhat special set, down low rap and hip hop, for the middle hour of the show. Forthcoming bits from his label TRENCH Records aswell as a few other local delights. This week the whole swerve family where out of office. Not to worry we had it covered with a nice little boozy mix the night before the Easter long weekend. This week on the podcast we had new Sydney house outfit & all-round nice guys Anthony Fade come through the studio. Both these boys have been doing their own respective things for a bit and have now come together like voltron on this new project, releasing a stand out EP on Lobster Theremin's Tomahawk late in 2016, and with a whole bunch more steamy bits planned for 2017 on labels Lost Palms and DJ Haus's House Crime Records. This week we had man Kyle Kenn of Sydney lo-fi house duo Sonderr through the studio for a hot mix. Sonderr have gone from strength to strength this past year and show no signs of slowing down with a sold out Axe Traxx 12", a brand new Lost Palms record shipping out, and a euro tour in the pipeline. Keep an eye on these boys if u know what is what. This week we had local Swerve favourite somersault in for the subsonic take over. The man him self has come through a few times now and needs little introduction. We had a good chat about what he has coming up, what he is gonna be wearing and some other banter. Here is a bit of info Somersault’s music is uncompromising. Heavily influenced by the shuffling rhythms of dark UK garage, atmospheric techno and deep melodic house, Somersault likes to straddle the line between the delirious highs and murky lows, a sound that’s brought his unique sets to outdoor festivals and underground clubs. The young producer has come a long way from working as a funk guitarist to producing music played on international festival stages by Jon Convex. While his initial entry into electronic music was with electronica duo This Mess, Somersault came into being while travelling through Europe and immersing in the rich club culture in 2014. He is however, no newcomer to dance music having played at major Australian festivals Rabbits

Joining the Swerve boys this fine Saturday are UK Garage & 2-step crew Champain Lyf, for a good go at the technics and some bubbly.
