Radical Love

As college students, it's easy to feel like we're trapped in some transition period between childhood and adulthood. We balance freedom and responsibility as we grapple with independence. Oftentimes, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have more things figured out than is realistic. Overall, it's a crazy few years! In honor of Lex's birthday, we created an episode that reflects upon cultivating the sense of love you feel from family and friends on your birthday into a year-round open celebration of all of our loved ones! We discuss how we enjoy showing love (two words: quality time), how we prefer to receive love (two words again: quality time), and different ways we have successfully and unsuccessfully tried to prioritize different friends and family. To sum up the episode, we talk about the importance of being present, communicating, and (to no one's surprise) quality time!!

The Gospel was the (probably very familiar) story of Jesus feeding the five thousand with five loaves and two fish.
