The leader of the Democrats in the U.S. Senate has demanded a "full investigation" following the White House's confirmation that a journalist was included in a group chat. The group chat included U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other senior officials where they discussed planned strikes against Yemen's Houthi group.   We get reaction to this with Larry Donnelly, University of Galway Law Lecturer and Political Columnist with The Journal.
