State of the Union

On this week of The State of the Union we give an update on the finalized OPM regulations for the Border Patrol Pay Reform Act and actions that the Council plans to take.We also discuss the abysmal rating DHS received in the 2015 Federal Employees Viewpoint Survey and how they compare to past years.Finally, we have an update from the bargaining table concerning the ongoing term contract negotiations.
