Women should feel confident that they can return to their same role after parental leaveIf your same role doesn’t exit when you return, then there is an entitlement to return to a role in equal status and pay.If made redundant, you should expect that you are contacted and consulted by your  employer.If you want to return earlier than 12 months, you need to give your employer 4 weeks’ notice.
