This episode was not planned like the others. I have no list or billet-points for this one. When listening, be patient and try to analyse it from the observer’s perspective: don’t analyse the content, try to look at the format, specifically the thinking format. Unfortunately this is how a depressed person’s mind works, and it’s exhausting! It doesn’t only take away your energy and time but it also takes away your happiness, positive emotions and, most importantly, it takes away your hope - the dreams you’re looking forward to accomplish.
