This is the first of four Podcasts throughout the month of May focusing on different aspects of motherhood.This first installment comes just after May's Serve Sunday, which was focused on serving single moms in our community. The Gathering congregation put together gift baskets with encouragement, gift cards, and treats for single moms, and received inspiration about how Jesus redefines the meaning of family for us, including welcoming single moms and their children into our own families. Today we hear from Allie Sterner, who shares her powerful story as a single mother of 4 and God’s redemptive love that took her from the verge of suicide to a mother alive in Christ.
