What made you decide to jump on board?   I had fallen off the fitness wagon, and had a very difficult time getting back into the saddle. I work a desk job in a food-crazy office, so I was gaining weight and generally pretty unsatisfied with my appearance. I knew I had it in me to get fit, I just needed a push in the right direction.
