Veterinary Journals Podcast

New research published in Veterinary Record explores how vets and vet nurses in the UK think and feel about their careers. The study indicates, among other things, that some vet nurses might feel that they're not being used to their full potential and that veterinary professionals tend to identify more strongly with their profession that they do to any individual organisation. The results could have implications for practising vets and nurses, recent graduates and practice managers. In this podcast, Sarah Page-Jones, one of the authors of the study, discusses the study.
