Dear Friends,You may be aware, Septemeber is suicide prevention awareness month and since GINF? addresses the issues causing depression, it is very important to discuss one specific aspect of it that I couldn't do earlier.When in severe distress/ depression, we often think of ending our life and assume that when we leave the world, sab theek ho jayega ya chhutkara mil jayega.But, as we're a part of a big ecosystem, it's not only "me" who suffers. When one child/ person dies by suicide, it impacts 108 lives, as per one study.Today I have brought Dr. Chandra R. to you who is a clinical psychologist by profession and has lost her own 17-year-old, the only son to suicide.She brings her own experiences as a parent who lost her only child and if you're a teenager, please listen to it and share with the maximum number of parents.I'll see you next week.Jai HindVivek
