Robin's Words

The story starts with a short narration followed by the sound of the grandfather clock ticking and chiming out the hours. The tale continues in the first person as if it is the voice of the clock itself summarizing some memorable events its long life from 1824 to the present day.

This short piece of flash fiction was written as an exercise to create something amusing set in a Writing Class but limited to 300 words.
