The Bible often answers our lack of understanding not with “why,” but with “who.” The story of Joseph, in the book of Genesis, is a story of extreme highs and lows. Through his story, we get glimpses of the why behind his highs and lows, but more importantly, we’re reminded of WHO is with when we experience highs and lows. We often pray for the will of God or at least understanding of what God's will is. These prayers are usually about God's "specific" will. But as followers of Christ, we also know there is a "revealed" will of God. When we align our lives to His revealed will, His specific will of becomes clearer.
