Locally Sourced Spirituality

As you travel along the spiritual path, you are bound to have troubles, in fact it's part of the journey.

I have invited you on a spiritual journey. Just know I don’t claim any special knowledge or ability. I am a fellow traveler along the way. I have been on the Journey for a while and you have been on the journey for a while. So, we can be helpful to each other as we seek the divine together. Just as important as the insight and practicality of what we can offer each other there is another source of help. There is a source of spiritual aid if you are open to it. As we seek the divine we paradoxically take the divine with us and if we attune our attention properly we can be guided by it.

The spiritual Journey is one that leads to freedom, meaning and purposeful living. It's not a product to be purchased, a destination to be reached or a skill to be learned; its is an ongoing movement toward what is good and true everywhere.

The sacred space you may be looking for is within the boundaries of your own body. Once you find that the space between you and others becomes an extension of that space.

We should not deny the difficult parts of our human lives. We need to experience all parts of our lives with open awareness to live authentic, fully-human lives.

We learn what we really believe when our faith is pushed to the extremes.
