Fat times is a podcast following two friends, Josh and Paul. Join us as we embark on a journey to health and fitness. The goal of Fat Times is to inspire others to start their own journey by sharing any tips, tricks, and ideas that we learn as we go through the process from fat to healthy. This podcast will feature episodes about various health and fitness topics as well as Progress Reports to keep you up to date on our progress. We will be sharing everything; our successes, challenges, failures, etc. with complete honesty. We are not health and fitness professionals. We are just two average fat guys trying to get healthy.
