I just got moving and grooving and had to get one of my own out there. So here it is. This is a funky little number that will work great for any kind of sweaty shenanigans. So. Get sweaty!

We have everything from miss Inaya Day to Kathy Brown to Jeanie Tracy. It gets started and just won't stop. I already tested this on the gym floor and it had me lifting and dancing. So watch out! I realized I hadn't done a charts hit mix in a while, so POOF! here it be! this features Mr. JT as well as Ms. Mariah and Mr. Derulo and yes...even Mr. Thicke. That should make someone laugh. Anyway, this is a shorter mix but good to take out for a bike or a run. It pairs nicely with Mix 8.0. So yea! The end!

Did you know that bees dance? Google it. Anyway, this mix is what I like to think of as "Grown Folks" music. A bit more soulful, this is really what house is all about. This is the kind of classic stuff that I could see myself dancing to at 4am with no plans to stop. So yea. Be ready to dance in your seat to this one. As always I do these live and unscripted so there is one little hiccup but I wasn't about to turn the car around at that point so we just keep on buzzin along.
