Matt Randazzo and Tom Kakert open the show discussing Iowa basketball and the loss to Illinois and the if Peter Jok’s bad back is going to sink the season. Then we talk plenty of football recruiting with all the latest news, plus some thoughts on who will be added to the coaching staff, and Matt talks about his interview with future Iowa hoops player Joe Wieskamp.

The first Hawkeye Report podcast of 2017 with Matt Randazzo and Tom Kakert. We are back and better than ever with plenty of news to cover. We go in-depth on the recent changes to the Iowa football coaching staff and what it means to the program.
