How Can I Serve You Today? Something I am trying to integrate in my daily thinking. But why would I do that and how?

I have played around a lot with my wake up time. Tried 4 AM, it's ok, but would be exhausted around this time. Tried 5 AM, it's ok, but would be tired around 3 pm. Now waking up every single day at 6 AM. Feeling great. I get about an hour in, before the kids get up. Well I should say my oldest, because my youngest...  What do you do on Sunday, wake up early or sleep in?

I posted this quote this morning: Don’t raise your kids to have more than you had, raise them to be more than you were. And then I went out to go shopping for my sons birthday tomorrow and came home with this...

So today I am trying to push myself to the limits and see how far I can stretch myself. Knowing your limits is great. It can back fire sometimes, it's always a great lesson or 2 in there.

We all have fears holding us back. Our fear should actually be a sign of making us push forward. Reality doesn't support this fact. Why is that? Just finished the book "the One Thing". Absolutely recommend this book to all of my dadpreneur friends. I have seen so many that keep saying that they have the shine object problem.
