Besides life knocking us down, we are our own worst enemies. Meaning life happens and we let it keep us down for much longer then it should. Either our mind tells us it's ok and we feel sorry for ourselves for far too long. Or we get up right away, without even analyzing what happened and get knocked down a few moments later even worse than before.
