After having done 100+ live interviews (with some pretty big guests I might add), I sometimes forget how scary it was in the beginning. To be honest, sometimes it still is. Once you have decided to change your life and take action, different challenges are starting to come by. One of the biggest ones is getting overwhelmed... Is this a bad thing or a good thing?

A question I see often, how much screen time for my kids is ok? With screen time we are talking about, tv, mobile, tablet, etc... What is considered too much? This is going to be a fun conversation.

I've been on a role the last couple of weeks. Seemed like nothing could stop me. Then I posted a story the other day and it wasn't received well at all. Didn't get the response I was going for at all. And there I went again into my old mindset, I suck, I am a failure, etc... Not for long though. Let me share my tricks to get out of this rabbit hole fast.

I have always felt that giving is an important part for being on this earth. Giving makes me feel good, it helps the other person and it even shares an important message with the universe. What's your favorite charity?

We keep stressing about all those things we have to do. Trying to learn new stuff, so we can discover how to do it. Not even sure if that how is right for this moment in time. Ups, just learned I have my limits as well, when it comes to staying patient and knowing that the only thing I can control is ME...

I got so excited about my 6 year old telling me he wants to start playing soccer. Until a few days later, right before we were going to sign him up he said no... That was a feeling of dissappointement for me, but is it about me?

That's the question I talk a lot about lately with my clients and fans.

That's what we always used to tell our children. Finish your plate and if you don't, there won't be a dessert. I am changing my strategy, however still struggling a little bit of what is the best method. Let me know in the comment section what is your way? Finish or no finish the plate, that is the question!

The thing is, you keep talking about what you think your clients need. And then you wonder why you hardly have any clients. You are talking and trying to sell what they need. And even though you might be right, your potential clients will never reach out to you.
