Thought the middle of the week was a good time to share that I WAS A TOTALLY MEDIOCRE TECH LEAD. In this little episode, I share the story of how I thought the pinnacle of my accomplishments as a tech lead were all about the software -- software that the company probably retired years ago as legacy code. But that was a long time ago and I've learned a lot since then. We're on a mission to make happier and more impactful tech leads.
