Sometimes we need a fresh perspective on how good we have it. So today we ask the question, "What if Jesus never came to the earth?" We hope by asking this question, that the Lord will open our eyes to see how precious Jesus is to our life and therefore use our life to serve Him. Merry Christmas!

Since it's the Christmas season, we ask the question today "Why an Advent?" We'll discover why Jesus had to come to this earth and show the level of humility and love that He did. The answers will hopefully motivate and inspire us to, "Have this mind amongst yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus." Blessings!

Today Crossroads Church embarks on a new journey with a new leader at the helm. But, as we'll be reminded by our Lord Jesus, the main things must remain exactly the same. We will discover the value of being sheep of the Good Shepherd and how that perspective can change our lives, forever.

In a tumultuous world, we need peace. But on the Christian path, peace isn't enough; we need God's peace - the peace that changes our lives. We will discuss why this peace is crucial and how we can have it today and for the rest of our lives. We hope this would encourage your soul!

We all battle weariness in this life. But we have two amazing and powerful tools to help us when we do. These two tools are God-given and profound in NOT ONLY combating weariness, but finding the strength to overcome and finish our race. We hope you would be blessed by this message from God's Word!

We live in a world that is trying to soak up as much joy from the earth as they can. But Christians are a different breed. We choose the path of suffering and pain, and the reason for this is our Lurking Joy. We hope you will be blessed!

There are many things in this life that we do NOT want to get too close to, but there is One that being close to is EXACTLY where we should be. We will study the word "reconciliation" and discuss why being close to God changes our lives and changes our hope for eternity. We hope this blesses your soul!

Many of us make New Years Resolutions, and they vary based on who we are and the current season of life we're in. But what if the Church was called to have the SAME resolutions or purpose? It might surprise us to find out that we have. We will discuss both personal resolutions and resolutions for the Church, but BOTH are to be unified and realized TOGETHER. Many blessings!

What we know about the Christmas story, we know pretty well. But what we don't know may surprise us. Because as we'll learn, the night Jesus was born was anything but silent. It's the Christmas season, and by now we're all familiar with the Christmas story. However, there are some very important details about the Christmas story that no one seems to talk about. The 5 questions we will answer today matter a great deal to Jesus being the Perfect Lamb of God AND our Salvation, and we will hopefully value our Lord Jesus more by knowing them. Many blessings!

In Part 2 of our story on "The Sacrifice", we see how the story of Abraham & Isaac parallels the Gospel story, but also has one massive difference between the two. A sacrifice is something that we desire to keep that we decide to give up for someone that we love. In Part 1, we will look at the beginning of a classic story about a special father and a special son and what the father was called to do one day that changed the course of history for the ENTIRE world. Pastor Mel Walker reminds us of the classic biblical account of Noah's Ark and why specifically God chose Noah to accomplish His plan of starting the world over. In Part 2 of our series on the tragic story of "Cain and Abel", we discover what the antithesis is of Cain's choices, and that's selfless Love. As we studied last week, sin came into the world and caused a devastating blow upon mankind and this world. Satan certainly gained a great victory over the human race. But as we'll be reminded in this lesson, the war isn't over! Someone came at just the right time to turn the battle towards good once again, and this time, it will be for ALL ETERNITY.
