Jen Howard found herself in an unfortunately very common situation--she was solely responsible for cleaning out her mother's home, which had become fully and completely stuffed from basement to top floor with hundreds of thousands of things. During this intense, years-long cleanout process, Jen learned about the history of clutter, as well as about professional organizers, junk haulers, and donation locations.
