Back at it again! We got plenty of up-to-date news and a sprinkle of horrible childhood memories. Strap in. 

It's a fly by the seat of your pants sort of episode and by GOD do we do that sort of well!

Back at it again! The second of three episodes previewing the biggest names and where they may fit as we approach NFL free agency. 

I have something new! I am debuting my NFL focused episodes of Back Row fittingly titled, "Back Row: NFL News." There will be many episodes focusing on my favorite team, The Carolina Panthers. I'll speak on the hometown boys, The Raiders. I'll touch on the biggest and most interesting NFL news and storylines throughout the year!
