Finally back at it again! We have been busy busy buys these past few weeks! I have put together a couple of my beloved ALIEN Legacy episodes and this is an exciting one for me! It is something that has perplexed me for a while, but it is worth talking about because it is one of many things that give this franchise such texture! We missed a week or two, schedules have been WHACK and packed, so sorry. If you were craving a new, regular episode of Back Row: Movie News, you know you needed that inject-it-straight-into-your-veins kind of rush and this was the only thing that was going to allow you that one, sweet moment of escape... Then we gotchu <3DCU TV shows on HBO Max, MCU going all in on Spider-Man and copying The Flash, Ryan Gosling teaming up with the director of John Wick for an action/drama and more!

I decided to try a little something here... An episode of Best Seat in The House (basically a Back Row: Movie News commentary track on a movie or show) but without Kaesen! I have been itching to do something like this for the Alien franchise, so this is one of a few test runs. I figured I would start off with something not too serious, but still fun and it does bring about some interesting conversation, especially with how the new prequels have panned out so far! First off, I would like to say R.I.P. to the legendary Ron Cobb. He is directly responsible for a lot of the greatness in Alien, amongst other amazing projects. He lived a long life and I am sad to see that he has passed, but I join the fandom in celebrating his life!Rumors were kind of hot for a second last week about Alien 5 and Ridley Scott's possible next Alien movie, so I collected the few bits of news we all saw and analyze and debate myself on what SHOULD happen with the next Alien project. You can listen wherever you get your podcasts and consider rating us on iTunes/Facebook! Ohoooo we have some juicy Star Wars drama! there a few surprising horror sequels in development as well. All that and more on this episode of Back Row: Movie News!

This was the first movie we saw in cinemas together since... March or February, I think. It was great to go, but the movie itself was what we thought it would be. 

A quick episode in which we spend about minutes going over two things. I dragged my feet editing this one, but I think you'll like our insights on the news! Back at it again! This time we recap some of the biggest movie related announcements from Warner Brother's DC FanDome event last week. It looks as if the artistic freedom that directors are getting over there is starting to pay off!

"What's The Deal," keeps going strong with another episode having to do with the Alien franchise. This time I touch on going debate of just exactly what Bishop II is in David Fincher's Alien 3. ANOTHER episode we are on FIRE recently. It is good to be pushing out content a bit harder than we were. Timing wasn't working out in the past few weeks, so you know. 

Back at it again! This time I take another, albeit brief look, at Alien 3 and how it sits with after viewing it about 10 years ago now for the first time. Why does this, seemingly mess of a film, actually end up being so great and resonates with me so much?

Back at it again! We haven't been getting episodes out consistently recently, so sorry about that! I haven't had a solo episode in a little while either, so this is one of four upcoming episodes! Prometheus nearly birthed a very different sequel than Alien: Covenant and unfortunately, Elizabeth Shaw was one of the people and concepts cut from the film. Be sure to check out the most recent regular episode, as well as our episode about what we think are the most overrated movies!
