Sinopsis

Elie Mystal is Justice Correspondent at The Nation and he’s back to discuss the current threat against Affirmative Action via our Supreme Court. SCOTUS took up two cases–one from Harvard and one from UNC, but Elie explains they are fundamentally the same case: a group of Asian-American students claim they outperform African-Americans and Latinos, but are still underrepresented at their universities.
