Tony speaks with Teri Castillo, who is a community organizer and a historian of Urban Policy and was elected to represent San Antonio’s District 5. Tony touches on the importance of the Latino Bookstore located at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center in the Westside of San Antonio in Councilwoman Castillo's district. Tony also goes over her goals and what she has been able to accomplish in her first year and some of the stances she's taken since being elected.
