Blanca Rodriguez Alanis talks about the 5th Annual march in memory of Joe Campos Torres brutally killed 41 years ago, bringing awareness to police accountability and transparency. She reads a poem she wrote in his honor. Pamela Encinas is a visual artist and one of the co-founders of Trazos, a group which will cultivate and promote Latino visual artists.
