Karla served on Active Duty for fourteen years; beginning in the Marines and later commissioning in the Army, serving as an intelligence officer and as a helicopter pilot. She transitioned into the corporate sector working in the financial tech and banking industries. This is where she saw the need to help small business owners with the high credit card processing fees; allowing them to put more money back into their business and increase profit.
