I love watching beauty pageants. But probably not for the same reasons as everyone else. To me, they are an archaic tradition where women are gleefully being show ponies for all to judge. And so, I do judge them. And often not in the nicest way. Mostly because I haven't known many real life beauty pageant queens and the ones I have met turn out to be less than beautiful on the inside.
