The quote above caught MG totally off guard when he was reading a book, so he took it as a literal challenge and wondered if he could do it for just a day. Less than a few hours later, he was at nearly twelve complaints! Why is the toothpaste cap not on? Who would post such a stupid thing on Facebook? Why is the broom there!? Why is there dog food all over the floor. Complaint. Complaint. Complaint. All silently and all to himself. "We become what we think about, most of the time." Complaining is rarely helpful and only useful when it's in a constructive fashion. Even though these weren't audible complaints, they were silent thoughts to himself, directing his focus and energy.
