In today's episode, I'm talking to Dr. Victoria Leavitt, a clinical neuropsychologist and director of the Multiple Sclerosis Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. She's brilliant and has great insight into how to deal with the dreaded "cog fog" - from nutrition to exercise to helpful apps.
