Episode 15 of the Hot Sauce is a different one in that we have a mother-daughter RDN combo. Today, we are featuring Carol Berg Sloan, a RDN that resides in Long Beach, California and many may know her for her work with California Walnuts. Her daughter, Kelly Sloan Taber, resides in Parker, Colorado (a suburb of Denver and is a relatively newly credentialed RDN that is working as the Food Service Director at Julia Temple Healthcare Center. I've known Hope through my years of volunteering at the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and seeing her at FNCE and other events, and met Kelly when she was a student at FNCE with her mother.
