When you hear about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, how often do you associate them with accessibility? Probably not immediately, right? But when you see it, your brain says "of course"!  Accessibility conversations are often discussed as a separate initiative, when in reality, creating accessible learning content is exactly what DEI programs are all about.
