Highlights The Malliard Report

Karen has been working with prisoners since the early 2000s, and has seen firsthand how difficult it is for those that are released from prison to re-integrate into society. She shares her insight on how difficult it is for those that come out of the system to find employment, housing, and even basic resources to sustain themselves. She also talks about the need for better job training, and how that can help those that are released from prison to find success in their new lives. Karen shares how she has been able to help individuals with her work in the field and how she has seen a real difference in the lives of those she works with. She also talks about her plans to create a nationwide initiative to better equip those coming out of prison with the resources they need to be successful.
