Like many, he was seeking answers to his health challenges. This led him to trying natural health products, and even working in a health food store. Eventually, Terry bought the store. Always seeking higher quality products, Terry was inspired to do his own research and formulations, culminating in the founding of Enzymatic Therapy in 1982 and Terry Naturally in 2007.
