In this edition of The Way Out I’m honored to bring you my interview with Physician’s Assistant, Speaker, Mom, Wife, Dog Lover, and Author of Incurable Hope: A Memoir for Coping with a Loved One’s Addiction Lisa Gennosa. Lisa’s story is in part a story of a Mother who had to reckon with her son’s substance use, in part a story of a Mother who had to reckon with her own part in what is truly a family disease, and indeed in part a story of Lisa turning these first two parts of her journey into an amazing purpose which is to be the change she wishes to see in the world.
