Luke and Nathan find themselves in 1979 to revisit this live-action TV movie which stars Reb Brown as the title hero who fights terror on a motorcycle. Ex-Marine Steve Rogers recieves an experimental body enhancement chemical and then retaliates against his would be killers as a star spangled superhero.
