It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass!  Today, I am sitting down with Sean Geoghegan, winemaker for Derby Wine Estates in downtown Paso Robles. The building, which is easily spotted from the 101 freeway thanks to its height and salmon color, used to be the Paso Robles Almond Grower's Building. Derby Wine Estates has three Estate vineyards across the central coast. During the conversation, we discuss the history of the building and I had the pleasure to do a comparative tasting between the 2011 and the 2021 1510 White.   If you listen to a lot of podcasts, you know that many ask for patreon.
