Today we are lucky to have Barbra Cohn who is a health writer and certified nutrition educator who offers support to caregivers, guiding them to make healthy food and lifestyle choices. After caring for her husband who died from younger-onset Alzheimer’s disease, she has written a book to help caregivers and their care partners (the person they care for) experience more energy, restful sleep, increased relaxation and inner peace.
