If you say things like I’m not good enough, or I can’t do it, guess what happens? You can’t! Your body goes OMG! You Can! But what if someone told you that you weren’t smart enough? You’ll begin to tell yourself you’re not good at math!  But thank goodness for quickbooks!  You can always find something outside of your self that can change your experience, a tool.
