Preparation can be done and when all is prepared, one still not be ready.  See, preparation is about the setup, but readiness is all about the execution...carrying a thing out.  Joshua was preparing the people for entrance into the Promise Land and also gave them a specific set of instructions so that they would be ready.  To be ready, you have to be in the right timing, right place, doing the right thing.  Are you ready?
