Lesson Of The Hour

In the parable of the sower, Jesus described different types of soil representing the types of people who hear God’s word. Those who heard the word and the cares of the world choked them were as seed cast among the thorns. What are Christians to do with cares and anxieties in this life? Jesus commanded, “Do not be anxious about this life” (Matt 6:25).
