Cronkite News says that the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, in partnership with the nonprofit health organization called Terros, is opening a new health center. The health center, soon to be located in North Central Phoenix, Arizona, will give the blind and visually impaired access to primary care, mental health treatment, and substance-abuse care.
