Barbara Chatzkel is the President of the New River Group. For more than thirty years she has been helping organizations improve and achieve excellence. She is an experienced Executive and Team Business Coach, specializing in organizational transition and change. She is also an expert trainer in the application of evidence-based research to correctional practice, strategic planning, team building, quality assessment, and effective organizational communication. Prior to forming the New River Group, Barbara retired from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 2000 as the National Director of Quality. She led multiple reengineering teams for IRS that saved taxpayers millions of dollars and streamlined processing time from months to hours.
