So with this in perspective, when you are in a tough place… with your church, board members, parents, students, senior pastors, or even your own family, there is one thing that you must keep in perspective… WHO DO YOU WORK FOR?  You work for God!  Not arrogantly, but confidently. God put you on this road of ministry and He will keep you there. Stay confident that you are not subservient to your other pastors or board members. That your calling is as high a calling as all the rest…if they aren’t on that same page with you, then are you sure God has called you there?
