In honoring that Black Lives Matter we decided to pause on creating new episodes for the podcast for the past few weeks. It is important to let you -- our listeners -- know that we are in full support of Black Lives Matter, the current protests, and the desperate need for digging in and dismantling the broken systems that allow the murder + trauma of Black individuals. This week we’re coming together on the podcast to share a little bit about what we’re learning and how we’re addressing diversity & inclusion here on the podcast and in our own lives + businesses. We are committed to doing the work ONGOING. Listening hard. Learning as much as we can. Working on incorporating following action steps into our business: commit to partnering with Black guest speakers + podcast guests, featuring + supporting black-owned businesses through the podcast [equipment, graphic design, sharing products we love, etc], Engage in anti-racist education for our team [just two of us now but will continue to do so as it grows]
